Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Inventory Management
Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
Staff Supervision and TrainingLead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Customer Service and RelationsEnsure that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the restaurant's financial performance is optimized.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficient in the use of electronic cash registers and other restaurant management software.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods may be required.
Personal SuitabilityAccurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, and organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
