Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Subway Sandwiches locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service management and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
Job Summary- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators, facilitating data-driven decision making.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- A strong command of the English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on location and experience. This is a full-time opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
