Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Holland Motor Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Support: Provide exceptional support to our guests, including those with special needs, by assisting with their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Team Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work for our hotel staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and mentor new staff members in their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support our hotel operations.
- Mentorship Programs: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Working Conditions: This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
