Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for hotel staff, including hiring and training new employees.
  • Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
