About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Inspect and Monitor: Regularly inspect and monitor the hotel's facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects, ensuring that we stay within budget and meet our financial targets.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained and cleaned to a high standard.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained at the right time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
