Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Holland Motor Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office, including guest services, staff management, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Staff Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work for front office staff, including hiring and training new employees.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Mentorship and Support: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for staff members, including those with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
- Permanent employment
