Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
- Staff Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work for our hotel staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and that our team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Training and Development: Hire and train new staff members, providing them with the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring that they are in good working order and that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Procurement: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that our hotel has everything it needs to operate efficiently and effectively.
- Mentorship Programs: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
