Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other team members
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [3-5] years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
