Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Labourer to join our team at Dimpflmeier Bakery Limited. As a Bakery Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery by performing various tasks related to food safety, handling, and production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to food safety protocols and handling procedures.
  • Material Handling: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials as needed.
  • Machine Operation: Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Check products and packaging for basic quality defects and report any issues to the management.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Work Environment

As a Bakery Labourer, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet production deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
