Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Labourer to join our team at Dimpflmeier Bakery Limited. As a Bakery Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery by performing various tasks related to food production and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of food safety and handling skills to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Inventory Management: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials as needed.
  • Machine Operation: Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Quality Control: Check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work Environment

As a Bakery Labourer, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding job. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
