Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Labourer to join our team at Dimpflmeier Bakery Limited. As a Bakery Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery by performing various tasks related to food production, customer service, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Production: Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including measuring and dumping ingredients into mixing and grinding machines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by cleaning machines and immediate work areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the position.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Language: Fluency in English.
