Director of People and Culture Opportunity

Thorek/Scott and Partners is a leading recruitment firm with a proven track record of connecting accomplished organizations with talented individuals. We are currently seeking a Director of People and Culture to join our team and help shape the future of our organization.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned People and Culture professional to take on a key leadership role in our organization. As Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business results, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People and Culture strategy aligned with our organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee development programs, including training and coaching initiatives
  • Manage and analyze workforce data to inform talent management decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of belonging and respect
  • Develop and implement performance management programs to drive employee growth and development
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience in People and Culture or a related field, preferably in the AEC industry
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic People and Culture initiatives
  • Expertise in data analysis and talent management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
