About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, People and Culture to join our team. As a key member of our P&C team, you will be responsible for overseeing the global ethics hotline and program, as well as managing the P&C policy review project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Four Seasons' global ethics hotline and ensure its effectiveness.
  • Manage the intake, triage, and escalation process, and assign complaints to lead reviewers.
  • Ensure appropriate subject matter experts are engaged in the investigation, which are completed timely, thoroughly, and consistently.
  • Prepare regular reports on ethics hotline activity and trends for Senior Leaders and the Board of Directors.
  • Develop quarterly insights reports to monitor and identify patterns of concern globally and regionally.
  • Evaluate and develop tools and resources to support P&C leaders in managing cases and promoting ethical behavior and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to ethics and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience conducting investigations and handling sensitive issues with discretion and integrity.
  • Prior human resources business partner work experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of managing employee relations.
  • Understanding of global ethics and compliance principles.
