We are seeking a seasoned Director of People, Culture and Inclusion to join our team at Updata Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Build and Lead the People and Culture Team: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and data to inform HR initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
- Manage Audits and Compliance: Oversee quarterly and annual audits to ensure compliance with employment standards and regulations.
- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and maintain policies and procedures that support a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage Performance Evaluation Systems: Develop and implement performance management processes that promote growth and development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Culture Development: Develop and implement strategies to maintain and strengthen our company culture as we grow.
- 8+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in HR/People Operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Mission-Driven: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for entrepreneurship and a positive can-do attitude.
- Startup Experience: Experience working in a startup or fast-growing tech company, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Employment Standards Expertise: Deep understanding of Employment Standards and employment equity regulations.
