We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Best Buy in London, ON.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide delivery, installation, and repair services for our customers' technology needs. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide delivery, installation, and repair services for our customers' technology needs
  • Determine customers' technology requirements and respond to their questions
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition
  • Create an amazing customer experience by demonstrating dedication to customer service and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Successfully complete a criminal background check
  • Enthusiastic about supporting and assisting customers
  • Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
