Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Support associate to join our team at White Oaks Mall. As a Sales Support associate, you will have the opportunity to support delivering sales plan through selling effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience to every customer.
  • Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout by providing excellent service.
  • Recover merchandise on the sales floor and maintain store appearance.
  • Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room according to company standards.
  • Assist with other projects as needed including floorset and shipment processing.
  • Abide by policies and procedures as advised by management.
  • Follow Asset Protection and safety messages in daily operations.
Requirements
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring every customer leaves feeling happy and satisfied.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
  • A valid Canadian driver's license (if required).
