Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Determine customer needs and provide advice on available financial solutions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products that meet customer needs.
- Manage cash transactions between treasury and branch units.
- Execute routine tasks within relevant service level agreements.
- No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification is desirable.
- High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers.
- Confident use of social media, online tools, and applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including building rapport and connections with customers.
The estimated salary range for this role is $33,850.00 - $43,500.00 per year, based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
