Job Description:

At BMO, we're driven by a shared Purpose: Boldly Grow the Good in business and life. As a Customer Experience Specialist in our Retail Banking Sales & Service team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Determine customer needs and provide advice on available financial solutions.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  3. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products that meet customer needs.
  4. Manage cash transactions between treasury and branch units.
  5. Execute routine tasks within relevant service level agreements.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification is desirable.
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers.
  • Confident use of social media, online tools, and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including building rapport and connections with customers.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $33,850.00 - $43,500.00 per year, based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
