Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team This is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of leadership and performance management. They will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Customer Experience Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to Provincial Health & Safety standards.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or retail environment.
- A proven track record of leadership and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We Offer
