We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing personalized service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing advice and guidance on financial solutions, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide warm welcomes, meet customer banking needs, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify Customer Needs: Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and initiate referrals to other BMO colleagues.
  • Support Operational Activities: Assist with inventory management, escalated service requests, and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to Business Results: Work collaboratively to achieve branch business results and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable.
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers.
  • Confident use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
