Job Overview

This role requires an analytical and critical thinker who can handle complex customer issues with empathy and professionalism. You'll collaborate with internal and external teams to provide customer service in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that issues are properly prioritized, documented, tracked, and resolved.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate, valid, and complete information with the highest degree of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly escalated to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and recommend changes as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
Requirements

We're looking for a Curious, Dynamic, and Authentic individual who is passionate about client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience (email, phone, or chat support).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to customers.
Benefits

Boldr offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
