About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through every interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Complete financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with responding to and resolving customer concerns
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to problems
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
