Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at ARV Cross Training Fitness Centre Ltd. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing strong customer service and administrative skills.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
