About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Anytime Fitness Centurypark. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to members and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling cash transactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
