We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.
  • Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments and key distributions with accuracy.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services and amenities, providing guests with information and recommendations as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an asset.
  • Proficient in English and able to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This role may require working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. The Front Desk Agent will be required to stand for long periods and may need to lift and bend to perform tasks.
