We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process transactions, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel services, amenities, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or hotel role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software.

Working Conditions

This role may require working varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. The Front Desk Agent will be required to stand for long periods, lift light objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
