Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at ANYTIMEFITENSS CENTURYPARK. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
