About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at MANPREET & KAMALPREET GILL FARM. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our farm, ensuring the highest standards of crop production and farm safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Agricultural Services: Ensure the efficient and effective provision of agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Supervise Farm Workers: Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties.
  • Maintain Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Ensure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, protecting the health and well-being of our staff and the quality of our produce.
  • Quality Control and Production Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crop production, quality control, and farm operations, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery: Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Perform General Farm Duties: Carry out general farm duties, including maintaining work records and logs, and performing other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
