About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Service team at our Iqaluit, Nunavut branch. As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand the needs of our customers and provide the right banking solutions, including opening new accounts, offering credit and credit counselling, basic investment products and investment counselling, and promoting the sale of all personal banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Open new accounts and offer credit and credit counselling
  • Provide basic investment products and investment counselling
  • Promote the sale of all personal banking products and services

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least one year customer service experience in the financial industry, retail or a goal-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office software
  • Experience with financial institution software systems
  • Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience
  • Acceptable criminal and credit checks
