About The Role
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes opening new accounts, offering credit and credit counselling, basic investment products and investment counselling, and promoting the sale of all personal banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service to clients
- Open new accounts and provide credit and credit counselling
- Offer basic investment products and investment counselling
- Promote the sale of all personal banking products and services
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least one year customer service experience in the financial industry, retail or a goal-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with financial institution software systems
- Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience
- Acceptable criminal and credit checks
