About The Role

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions, such as opening new accounts, offering credit and credit counselling, and promoting the sale of personal banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Offer credit and credit counselling services to clients, ensuring they have access to the financial products and services they need.
  • Promote the sale of personal banking products and services to clients, ensuring they have access to a wide range of financial solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in the financial industry, retail, or a goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with financial institution software systems.
  • Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience.
  • Acceptable criminal and credit checks.

Job Location

This permanent full-time opportunity is based out of our Iqaluit, Nunavut branch.
