About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Canadian Commercial Banking team as a Commercial Banking Leader, where you will drive business growth and lead high-performing teams. As a seasoned commercial banker, you will leverage your expertise in sales management, coaching, and leadership to develop and execute business strategies that meet our goals in the Mid-Market segment.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

About You

We are looking for an experienced commercial banker with a strong track record of driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Commercial Banking Leader, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in sales management, coaching, and leadership to this role.

With a minimum of 5 years of commercial banking experience, preferably in a leadership role, you will have demonstrated a commitment to prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion while fostering a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
