The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Dealer Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in driving adoption and enhancing the customer experience for our dealership clients.

The Role

As a Dealer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively hosting customer engagement sessions to promote adoption of our products and services
  • Orchestrating a sense of community amongst our customers through conference and workshop content
  • Creating and delivering presentations to showcase the value of our software
  • Working with other departments to understand customer challenges and new features
  • Providing expert support and guidance to customers through product training and certification

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Dealer Engagement Specialist include:

  • Developing and executing customer engagement strategies to drive adoption and retention
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealership clients and stakeholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing efforts

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment, with a focus on business development, sales support, or customer success
  • Strong knowledge of dealership management software and its applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer focus and excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong documentation abilities, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Willingness to commit to ongoing education and cross-training, with a desire to continuously learn and grow
