The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Training and Support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS).

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our Dealer Management System (DMS) and its various modules, including the Parts module.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our DMS.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our DMS, and communicate these changes to our customers.
  • Contribute to the development of new training materials and resources, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with our customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership environment or with a DMS provider.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month, with occasional overnight stays.
