Our software platform supports various dealership functions, including sales, service, inventory management, and accounting. The Role:
As an Automotive Software Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing training and support to both new and existing clients on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting virtual training sessions for customers, both online and via phone.
- Assisting with on-site training during software installations when necessary.
- Traveling to customer locations across North America as part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and its functionalities.
- Train customers effectively on the software, ensuring they can utilize it to its full potential.
- Manage data entry and other essential tasks related to the software.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
- Provide exceptional customer support and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly to training requests and address any issues that arise.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dealership's parts or service department is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or a related environment is advantageous.
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA as needed.
