Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa and wellness facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Spa Activities: Plan and schedule spa events, programs, and activities to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Supervise Spa Staff: Lead and manage a team of spa professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor Quality and Production: Oversee the quality and production levels of spa services, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
  • Availability: Available to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
