Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them with professionalism and poise.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain the highest standards.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked spa.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a well-trained team.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or CEGEP certificate an asset.
