Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Spa Activities: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Supervise Spa Staff: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, including training and development.
  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Bilingual.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
