Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Spa Activities: Plan and coordinate spa events, programs, and activities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Supervise Spa Staff: Supervise, train, and develop the skills of our spa staff to ensure they provide exceptional service and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Monitor Quality and Production: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in all spa services and products, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, including hotel operations, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition and manage inventory and supplies to ensure that our spa services and products are always available and of the highest quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
  • Availability: Available to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
