Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling, staff supervision, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of spa operations and customer service principles.
