Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities in our spa facilities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized attention and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels in our spa facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
