Role Overview

In this exciting role as a Strategic Sales and Distribution Lead, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of our Savings and Retirement business. Reporting directly to the Director, Distribution Strategy, Planning and Support, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day sales and distribution initiatives of our elite advisors and distribution partners.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enhance the overall experience of our elite advisors and distribution partners.
  • Work closely with various teams, including Operations, Product, and Digital Experience, to identify opportunities to improve the elite advisor experience.
  • Analyze trends with elite advisors and distribution partners to inform data-driven decisions.

About You
  • You hold at least 3 years of work experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in administration, client service, or marketing.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and mail merges.
  • You possess strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships with third-party partners.
