About the Role

The Strategic Distribution Leader will lead the development and execution of a robust distribution strategy for Vitality by identifying market opportunities, setting clear objectives, and implementing initiatives to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors, leveraging a deep understanding of their unique needs and market dynamics to position Vitality for mutual success, sustained growth, and market leadership.
  2. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and wholesaler teams, to ensure seamless alignment and maximize the effectiveness of distribution efforts, driving innovation and meeting evolving market demands.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
