Strategic Sales and Distribution Coordinator

Elevate your career as a Strategic Sales and Distribution Coordinator, leading the charge in our Savings and Retirement team.
We're looking for a motivated professional to join our dynamic team, driving success through sales and distribution strategy. As a key player, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily deliverables, managing relationships with elite advisors and distribution partners, and executing high-profile events and meetings.
About the Role:- Program Management: Own the elite advisor program, including onboarding, offboarding, communication, reporting, analytical review, and program administration.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute onsite support and management of various high-profile meetings and events, such as elite advisor events and conferences.
- Elite Advisor Experience: Plan and execute elite advisor overall experience, including welcome kits, offboarding kits, marketing, and other allowances within the elite advisor program.
- Budget Accountability: Manage budget throughout the elite advisor program, including promotional materials, conferences, and events each year.
- Team Collaboration: Work with various head office teams, including Operations, Product, and Digital Experience, to support elite advisor experience and identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the financial services industry, with administration, client service, or marketing experience.
- Experience working with high-end advisors and key stakeholders.
- Meeting management experience, including planning and executing budgets.
- Knowledge of MGA/WFG and Advisor channels, as well as life insurance and investment lines of business.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and mail merges.
