Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at National Rent-All Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Set up accounts and provide quotes to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored construction and bin rental solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation. Execute cold calling strategies when needed to obtain new accounts.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest products and services offered by National Rent-All Inc, effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, customer accounts, orders, and billing information.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, products, and services, with the ability to articulate technical information to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
