Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Corporate team at Rogers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and clients
- Provide leadership and coaching to Account Executives and Support AE's
- Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies and procedures
- Enhance relationships with key associations and attend association/client functions
- Develop and execute sponsorship and client events
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
