Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Corporate team at Rogers. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide leadership and coaching to sales teams to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
