We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pizza Pizza. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data and information.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Restaurant
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
