Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Operating Agency.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train sales staff, including apprentices and volunteers, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting products and services, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Ensure that the store is maintained in a safe and healthy condition, including adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Manual dexterity: Use manual dexterity to perform tasks such as cash handling and inventory management.
- Attention to detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Accurate: Accurately complete tasks and maintain records.
- Client focus: Focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Efficient interpersonal skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
