Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Circle K Operating Agency. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
Assign Sales TasksYou will be responsible for assigning sales tasks and duties to your team members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
Teach and Develop StaffYou will be responsible for teaching and developing your team members, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Authorize Payments and MerchandiseYou will be responsible for authorizing payments and merchandise, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
Order and Manage InventoryYou will be responsible for ordering and managing inventory, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the products our customers want.
Prepare Sales ReportsYou will be responsible for preparing sales reports, providing insights and analysis to help us improve our sales performance.
Resolve Customer IssuesYou will be responsible for resolving customer issues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Organize and Maintain StoreYou will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the store, ensuring that it is clean, tidy and well-maintained.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 1-2 Years of Retail Experience
