Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mr. Lube + Tires. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 sales staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales staff to duties, authorize payments, and order merchandise to meet customer demand.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are easily accessible to customers.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
